College Football Pick 'ems: Lisa's Picks for Week 11

November 14, 2015

Well, that was fun while it lasted, eh? After a superb 8-of-10 picks in week nine, Lisa returned to her usual state of mediocrity in week 10 spanking out a 5-of-10.

The season's tally so far is 46-of-90. Technically, that's a winning ratio. By a hair.

Here are these week's picks in bold.

Central Michigan +4.5 v Toledo

This game should be fairly close. So why not go with the dog?

Northwestern -14.5 v Purdue

The Wildcats are a good team. The Boilermakers are not... however.... I do think Purdue hangs around to make things interesting before Northwestern puts the game out of reach.

TCU -45.5 v Kansas

Do I really need to explain this pick? Cheer up Jayhawk fans, basketball season is coming!

Florida -7.5 at South Carolina

I'm not sure what Vegas knows but I know this: Florida can be for real. The question is, will the Gators show up for this game?

Syracuse +27.5 v Clemson

My logic on this pick is that the Tigers are still hungover from that win over Florida State and come out sluggish in the dome.

Indiana +12.5 v Michigan

Indiana is a real headsache for Big Ten teams. The Wolverines should win but those pesky Hoosiers keep it close.

San Jose State +1.5 at Nevada

This is basically a pick 'em but I think San Jose State is the better team.

UNLV + 7.5 at Colorado State

The Rebels are better than their 3-6 record. The Rams are still adjusting to life after Jim McElwain. This game will be a nail biter.

Stanford -9.5 v Oregon

I do not trust Oregon's defense to stop quarterback Kevin Hogan or all-purpose back Christian McCaffrey. This game could seal McCaffrey's invitation to New York in December.

Washington State +9.5 at UCLA

The Cougars have steadily improved while the Bruins have not. Is the Rose Bowl going to be full for this game? Probably not. Advantage Cougars. UPSET ALERT.
